一、配料過程：

1、 Ingredients process:

仿石路邊石主要原材料為砂、細石、高標號水泥及無機氧化鐵顏料、添加劑、水等。根據生產的仿石產品的花色及強度要求的不同，配方有較大的區(qū)別，如何生產出優(yōu)質的、讓客戶滿意的仿石產品需要生產企業(yè)進行反復的配方試驗。

一般采用高壓壓濾成型工藝，在高壓成型機內，將模具內的濕性混凝土壓成生產路邊石所需坯體。

三、養(yǎng)護：

四、后續(xù)加工：

養(yǎng)護結束后的產品，當強度達到一定要求后進行到后期的加工過程中，加工分為粗加工、細加工及上光等幾個流程，根據對產品的不同要求來制定加工流程，各加工企業(yè)可根據自家不同的要求制定各自需要的加工流程。但粗加工流程是不可缺少的。

五、碼垛流程：

這是生產混凝土路邊石過程中最后的一個流程。生產出來的產品重量一般在幾十公斤以上，且產品經過粗、精加工后，外觀品質已不同于一般的混凝土，需要在交付給客戶前，對產品外觀進行一定的保護，減少入庫、運輸及交付過程中對產品外觀造成不必要的破壞。

This is the final process in the production of concrete curbstones. The weight of the produced products is generally over tens of kilograms, and after rough and fine processing, the appearance quality of the products is different from that of ordinary concrete.
